Dale has been a key player in multiple successful marketing and tech startups, most notably Adyoulike, which scaled into a global advertising powerhouse and was acquired by US unicorn OpenWeb in 2022.

Before becoming an advertising entrepreneur, Dale spent a decade as a journalist, editor, marketer, and PR professional, giving him a deep understanding of the power of storytelling, strategic messaging, and business-driven communications.
